The Mission, Birth in the Year of 1982

In 1982 Marian Sokol, Ph.D., a special needs teacher, saw a great need among the families she served.

Discover Our Educational Programs

We offer continuing education for professionals. Educators receive CPE hours, a certificate, and digital downloads. We also offer free educational classes for families caring for children with special needs.

Thanks to the contributions of so many generous grantors and donors, all of our services and support are offered to families free of charge.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of our services are offered virtually. We also provide doorstep drop offs when necessary.
