This program is a collaborative study designed for children with developmental disabilities and their families that provides parenting education, person-centered and family-centered planning, advocacy education and case management in an effort to empower individuals with disabilities to reach their best possible future.  Families will receive incentives for ongoing participation.

To participate in this voluntary study:

• Child must have a developmental
   disability

• Family must live in San Antonio

• Child must be between 1.5 to 11.5 years

• Child must remain with primary caregiver for at least 18 months

• Family income must be at 200% of Federal Poverty Level or below ($22,350 for family of 4)
