Any Baby Can is a non-profit organization that provides free support through case management for families who have children birth to 12 years who have a chronic illness, disability, developmental delay or health risk.

An Any Baby Can Case Manager is available to help review information about programs and community resources.  The case manager will direct families to many Any Baby Can program as well as help link families to many local and state programs.  All Any Baby Can services are free of charge to families who reside in Bexar and surrounding 18 counties.

Case Management services are offered at both Bexar and Comal county locations.
