Any Baby Can is a non-profit organization that provides free support through case management for families who have children birth to 17 years of age who have a chronic illness, disability, developmental delay or health risk.
An Any Baby Can Case Manager is available to help review information about programs and community resources. The case manager will direct families to many Any Baby Can programs as well as help link families to many local and state programs. All Any Baby Can services are free of charge to families who reside in Bexar County or one of the surrounding 18 counties.
Meet the Director
Jana Grohman holds a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work. She has worked for Any Baby Can for six years and has eight years of experience in the field of social work. Jana participates in the Comal County Homeless Coalition, Comal County Early Impact Team, Comal Count County CRCG, DSHS Transition Workgroup, DSHS Medical Home Workgroup and Comal County Habitat for Humanity Neighborhood Revitalization.
To qualify for Any Baby Can’s Case Management services there are three criteria that must be met:
- One child in the family must have a diagnosis from a physician/doctor/medical evaluator/development specialist or have a suspected illness or disability
- Child must be from birth through 17 years of age
- Child must reside in one of the following: Bexar, Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Medina, Real, Uvalde or Wilson County.
