Bring your school band, cheerleading group, boy scouts/girl scouts, mascots, dance team, or any other form of entertainment! If you are interested please contact us for more information. Packet assembly: Assemble goodie bag with t-shirt and flyers.
Set up: Help unload and set up walk materials (packets, juice, snacks). Some heavy lifting required.
Tables: Help unload and set up tables for vendors and registration.
Juice/Snack: Help set up drinks/snacks. Help distribute items throughout the morning.
Set up signs: Help set up signs for registration tables, vendors and walk.
Set up course with signs/direct & assist walkers: Set up course with directional signs. Be available throughout course to direct or assist families as they walk the course.
Set up signs on street: Set up directional signs on the street around the AT&T Center. Signs will need to be picked up after event.
Drop off/Pick up area: Help families exit their vehicle and enter event grounds. The drop off/pick up site will be near the entrance of the AT&T Center Sombrilla.
Parking attendants at AT&T Center: Help provide assistance to families participating in the walk by directing them to our registration area.
