Any Baby Can of San Antonio seeks a social worker/case manager. Applicant must have a Bachelors degree and be a licensed social worker with a minimum of two years’ experience in completing assessments and service plan development for families with children with special health care needs. Candidate must have knowledge of infant and child development, in addition to knowledge of local community resources. Must possess excellent computer skill, dependable transportation and be fluent in Spanish.
